Service Description
Each of these small, intimate coaching sessions are designed for those who prefer learning in a supportive group environment and contributing to mutual growth. Attendees are encouraged to submit questions and concerns ahead of time, so content can be tailored for each session. Come learn with like-minded professionals looking to develop their effective communication.

Cancellation Policy
Carol Moore Presents practices a 24-hour Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelation or rescheduling. Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule a session with more than 24 hours' notice; however, rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as cancelations. Any session that is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the session start time will result in a full session cancelation fee. Please only commence with training at Carol Moore Presents if you feel completely comfortable with the terms of this cancelation policy. We are not issuing refunds at this time.
