In this session, we'll continue your progress, address concerns you've encountered along the way, and assign new action items to maintain forward movement toward your goals.

Cancellation Policy

Carol Moore Presents practices a 24-hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule a session with more than 24 hours' notice; however, rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as cancellations. Any session that is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the session start time will result in a full session cancellation fee. Please only commence with training at Carol Moore Presents if you feel completely comfortable with the terms of this cancellation policy. We are not issuing refunds at this time.
