Just In Case You Need a Little Encouragement...

A few years ago around this time of year, a client left me a thoughtful card explaining how she’d not only received a $15,000 raise, but that she'd also been selected to begin training for management.

I couldn’t have been prouder of her hard work, consistency, and dedication to her development, and I tried my best to share those sentiments with her, because I often forget how impactful encouragement can be.

How a kind word can echo in your ears long after it's spoken, giving you strength to push on just a bit longer.

There have been many times when the tiniest well wishes from kind-hearted people have brought tears to my eyes. I still carry those moments and those people with me.

So just in case you need to hear it today, I'm proud of you. Life can be tough, but you're doing it, and if no one has told you lately, you're doing a great job.
